Arcon provides integrated services in development, architecture, interior design and construction of small to medium size commercial and industrial projects, including office and retail centers, in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
Our team’s experience ranges from land use and design consultation, to ground-up construction, urban revitalization, and use adaptations; from restaurant design to shopping center development. Arcon’s guiding philosophy in commercial design and development is to create practical solutions that embody detail and space that stands out amongst the masses of cookie-cutter developments – thereby creating a location that also serves a public purpose and builds community and customer loyalty by design.
At Arcon we place a great importance on forming close, long-term, relationships with our client-partners. As such, many of our commercial projects are undertaken in joint-venture and private partnership formats.
